Preparation and launching of this web-site was made possible through support provided by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USIAD) under the "Youth House" project implemented by the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) with input and participation of the staff and youth of the Sukhum, Zugdidi, Ochamchire, Tbilisi, Dushanbe, Gornji Vakuf, Sanski Most Youth Houses.

Both of them have behind the post-graduate course in the Moscow World Literature University and the long-term experience in science and teaching. Being theauthors and the coordinators of the "Youth House Web site" project, they perfectly leading the Media center editorial staff, strictly monitoring the activities of all the three groups.
They (impartially) analyze the feedback

from the web site visitors, taking the attention on the quality and also the quantity of the Web site visits. They are too brave to plan the strategy of Web site work. They are unselfishly friends with the Web-designer and with all the magnificent Media staff.

Web site "Youth Houses Net" (www.youthhouses.net) was created in 2003, by the staff members and the beneficiaries of Sukhum Youth House. It represents the activities of the youth organizations functioning in a post conflict zones: Abkhazia, Bosnia, Georgia, Tajikistan. These houses have been created within the frame of UMCOR program "Youth Houses", for the psychological rehabilitation of children and youth, who have passed the war. The program is directed to create the conditions for harmonic development of the creative and spiritual potential of the rising generation.
The Site represents the activities of all Youth Houses functioning in conflict and post conflict zones:

Sukhum Youth Houses (SYH)

Ochamchira Youth House (OYH)

Tbilisi Youth House (TYH)

Zugdidi Youth House (ZYH)

The web master of the site - Vlad Djenia.
Vlad Djenia is the SYH finance manager and also the professional computer specialist. He hasn't been lazy to graduate the MSTU of Baumann and also the web-designer courses. He carried out and attentively created the web site. He captiously selected the ideas of how to create the site. He hopes that the young generation will support the site on a tasked level.

Site is created in 2003 by the staff members and beneficiaries of NGO "SYH" within the frame of "Conflict Transformation project", which is the part of UMCOR "Youth Houses" project. The donor of the project is the USAID fundation.

Elena Zavodskaya and the "Media group".
The SYH "media group" do the selection of the information under the directions of SYH journalist Elene Zavodskaya. The main task of the group is the text editing, composition of the information and placing of it on the site. The group is divided on two subgroups: one is to collect and edit the info about the SYH; the other is in charge of the information from the other Houses.

Elena Kuvichko and the Site computer support group.
Elena Kuvichko is an experienced program mist. She teaches active and computer skilled teenagers on how to find the orientation (to take their bearing) in Internet and inside the Web Site. The task of the group is to learn how to place the information independently and also to support the site in a farther future.
